  • I need to change something on my order, how do I do this?

Once you have ordered something, you have limited time to change or edit your order. Most of the things can be done though the website itself. But, if you are still experiencing troubles you can contact us at packerparadise@mail.com and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

  • Can I use a particular product for a particular activity?

In order to make it easier for you, we list all the important information about our products in the product description section of our page. If you still have any specific product related question you can reach out to us at packerparadise@mail.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. 

 

  1. Shipping
  • Where can I track my order?

You can track all your orders on the website itself. There is a separate page where you can track all your orders just by entering your order number. If you still experience any difficulties in tracking your order feel free to reach out to us at packerparadise@mail.com.

  • Do you ship to my country?

Currently, we only deliver our products in the North American region which means right now our products are only available in the United States and Canada. If you have any other questions you can always reach us out at packerparadise@mail.com.  

 

  1. Payments
  • What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept almost all electronic forms of payments, including VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY, PAYPAL. You can also use the shop app to purchase any products from our website. 

  • Do you offer financing?

Unfortunately, as of now we do not offer financing.

 

  1. Returns and Refunds
  • What is your return policy?

We offer a 15 day return and refund on all our products. To read about this in detail you can go to the return and refunds section of our website. 

  • My product is broken, how do I return it?

If you ordered a product and it is broken you can return it and get a full refund of the price you paid or you can get the product replaced with the same or other product from the store by paying the difference if any. In any of these cases, you have to start by sending us a picture of the product as you have received it within the first 24 hours when you receive your package. After you send us the picture, our team we’ll go through it and if everything is correct we we’ll send you a return label. You can pack your product and use the shipping label to send the product back to us. As soon as we receive the product back you’ll receive your refund.
